Research On Target Cost Control Of Construction Project Based On Goal Programming

Target cost control of construction projects is an important part of project management, and it plays a crucial role on the benefit of construction projects. In this paper, the issue about target cost control on the early stage of construction projects has been explored further. Firstly, this paper elaborates on determination principles and measurement methods of target cost of construction projects. Secondly, through the establishment of target cost control model of construction projects and the use of simplex method on the linear programming, the established target cost control model has been solved and the satisfied value of target cost control of construction projects has been determined based on the satisfied solution of the model. Thirdly, interval analysis of risk warning of earned value for construction project is designed to control target cost of construction project more effectively. Finally, the application of method has been verified in practice.The empirical data are Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Hunhe ninth Street stormwater pumping station and Shenyang Changbai River Bridge on the island-the island's river 8# Changbai Bridge project. The former is house building engineering, and the latter is bridge engineering. Application of target cost control methods is in the two projects in order to achieve applicability in various professional engineering.Research on this paper has the following characteristics:Firstly, target cost control model is established for different professional construction projects. In addition to some special projects, military engineering, security engineering, the model is applicable to most of cost control of construction projects. Secondly, target cost is determined on solution of the model linked to risk warning model based on earned value. The purpose on target cost control of construction project has been achieved qualitatively and quantitatively. Thirdly, there are several ways to solve the control model. For description of this target cost control model for solving the process, the simplex method is selected as a basic method in this paper.
