Project cost management is the most important in the management of the project cost control, which is the embodiment of project management, it is necessary to use the technology of project management, organize and supervise designedly--a systems engineering. Cost control theory for the enterprise can effectively control the project cost, and provides a theoretical reference to play through the control project cost control progress and quality of the project.Cost management theory, introduced the contents contained in the central task, and the effect of project management. Focus on the cost management theory of cost control theory analysis, by understanding the cybernetics and cost control theory of development. In the research project cost control theory, this paper applied when the earned value analysis method, through the earned value theory and its various parameter analysis to explain how the earned value analysis in project management cost monitoring and control of the quality and schedule. This paper is mainly to earn value analysis of the concept of "the earned value are analyzed, and through the case to explain the concept of more intuitive," the earned value concept "no abstraction.Finally, this paper is to demonstrate zhongyou sunshine hotel project earned value analysis of cost control, how is mainly used for "three values" combined with a specific data analysis, the parameter values calculated by using the S curve, the cost performance analysis method to watch the project cost and schedule is analyzed.
