Customer's credit is very important to the power enterprises'operation and development. In recent years, due to the customer's procrastination and debt of electricity charges, electricity stealing and violation of electricity regulation, extra manpower has to be paid. The evaluation of customer's credit and the corresponding risk management has become reality and urgent problems to power enterprises in avoiding risk and improving the management level.Power enterprises are facing readjustment of the economic structure and change of scientific development, and China's energy conservation and emission reduction pressure won't be easy in the near future. If timely flexible market development strategy can not be adopted to cope with changed situation, power company's business development will be affected, which testifies the necessity and protracted nature of marketing strategy in power enterprise.It will eliminate the debt of charge in the bud to a great extent if analysis and assessment of customer's credit is strengthened in advance, charge recycling warning mechanism is established, and corresponding measures of transferring the problem into prevention are formulated. The credit evaluation is good for improving marketing management, DSM level, perfect market order and optimization of charge recovery environment.The paper applies analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in the empirical analysis. When selecting customer credit evaluation index, some special factors need considering as well as general ones, so that the index system can be comprehensively, authentic and accurately reflect the power customer's credit level.The paper takes the experience in credit evaluation system of large enterprise from home and abroad, summarizes the customer credit evaluation system of banks and large enterprise, which has realistic significance and application value for the power enterprises'credit evaluation.The marketing intensive management pattern in Tangshan power enterprise has initially formed, and professional management gradually strengthened, control ability constantly upgrading, kinds of means against credit risk established, customer service of safe manner strengthened, construction of power-expenditure information acquisition system promoted. But practically, a perfect system needs establishing in Tangshan power enterprise for electricity charge recycling, and intensive management needs improving.Based on the actual need and possibility of data acquisition,15 Non prachanda industrial users and households have been chosen as the analysis test object, which shows:customers'credit rating results basically keep consistent with practical prestige degree, the credit evaluation index system has practical guiding value.
