As the implementation of electric power generation separating from grid company and the establishment of the electric power market, the internal and external environment, organization and management style of the electric power enterprise have been changed greatly. However, because of historical and cultural and other reasons, the salary-managing system with its strong planned economy color that the electric power enterprise has always implemented for many years can't meet the needs of the market economy and competition environment. The phenomenon of unfair distribution and the unequal pay for equal work is widespread in electric power enterprise, which seriously affected a part of staffs'enthusiasm and motivation. Now, in the critical moment of deepening reform and changing the old mechanism, studying the reward factor of job evaluation in electric power enterprise and how to provide a scientific evaluation for each position and offer each employee rational salary in the electric power enterprise that resolves the problem about the unequal pay for equal work caused by different forms of labor which is getting more and more obvious. The key to solve this problem is using equity theory to design a scientifical, reasonable, fair, and effective salary system to attract, retain and motivate talented person to achieve the goal of maintaining and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprises.Salary system ranges over many topics. The dissertation is focused on the job evaluation. This paper takes the electric power enterprise as the research object, identify and refine the elements of electric power enterprises of job evaluation through reading literature, practical research, expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods, and then design a questionnaire to analysis and select reward factors. Then combined with structural equation model theory, the paper formes a 2-level SEM model of job evaluation in electric power enterprises according to the steps and methods of confirmatory factor analysis models, statistically analysis the survey data using Amos7.0 software and verified the model, then calculates the standardized coefficient of each path. On this basis, We take post differences into account, improve the model and increased two indicators, sunch as post type grade and post level, finally we determine the job evaluation model of electric power enterprises. When the job evaluation model of the electric power enterprise is determined, the next step is to empower all the indexes of job evaluation. This paper uses a method which is combined with subjective and objective weightings, that is a method integrated subjective and objective weightings based on entropy method. At first, the paper used AHP to determine the subjective weight of each index, and then combined entropy method to revise the subjective weights. At last, the paper proposed a new method of job evaluation-post fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, through evaluating and summarizing the existing methods of job evaluation and combined the idea of fuzzy mathematics.The results of this study can be used for the construction of post grades system, performance evaluation and salary management, post management, ability evaluation, career planning, human resources management, etc.
