Quality Cost Control Of Hanguang Heavy Industries Company

Quality costs is an important form of expression of total quality management, also is an important factor of the effectiveness of quality management system . Management and control to quality costs can not only find ways to reduce production costs and promote economic efficiency, but also play a role of surveillance and guidance for further activities of quality management .The article made a thorough investigation to the status of the quality costs including daily control, the collection of data, accounting and analysis, which are based on summarizing the theory and international quality costs management, by Hanguang Heavy Industries Company of Hebei for object of study and using a research method combined theory and empirical with the quantitative and qualitative analysis. The article analyzes the data of quality cost control related to the enterprise quantitatively by Using the quality costs management theory , as is found that some problems exist in the quality cost control of Hanguang Heavy Industries Company like imperfect quality cost management system, management process with the poor convergence of the various departments, highly attention to product quality resulting in increased quality costs and uncomprehensive data of quality costs by collection and analysis, etc. Because of the presence of the problems existing throughout the quality cost control of Hanguang Heavy Industries Company and to optimize the improvement ,the article proposes some aspects composed by recycling of the quality costs management system,data collection and reengineering of the cost planning process, also Re-designes a control program before, during and after the matter .End of the paper, methods and measures of program implementation are proposed.
