Research On Promoting Quality Cost Of ZG Group

The subject investigated of the thesis is ZG Group, which is the representative of Small Medium Private Manufacturers in China. Its production model is from small lot and many kinds of orders. As a supplier of power industry equipment, it has requirements at a very high level in product safety and quality reliability. ZG Group pays much attention to the management of quality cost. It has collected much valuable digital and managing experience. ZG Group hopes to find out the highest level of total quality cost through the integrated matching of cost evaluating, cost preventing, internal and external lost cost, in order to upgrade its management efficiency. This thesis will mainly research the management methods of the four quality cost, find out the bottleneck factors by analyzing restraining theory, make continual corrective actions, and establish a good quality cost construction..The research method of this thesis is to look up lots of documents and materials, and analyze the characteristic of quality cost in different stage. Combining with material researching, depth interviewing, TOC restraining factor theory and etc., this thesis adopts the ways of qualitative and quantitative analysis together. By quantitative accounting analysis of quality cost digit including regression analysis, it makes clear the quality cost level and related improving. It finds out the corrective actions through analyzing the bottleneck factors.Through researching and analyzing, this thesis finds out the bottleneck factors of quality cost management in ZG Group, and presents the corrective actions. The quality cost management level of ZG Group can be upgraded by optimizing quality cost construction and reducing lost cost. It sets up a timely and convenient quality cost statistics management system. Meanwhile, it provides reference value in quality cost improving through researching the manufactures with small lot and many kinds of producing model.
