Research On Land Use Change And Ecological Carrying Capacity Response Of Jiaozuo

The land is a comprehensive resource, which is a basic foundation and surrounding condition that human beings relied on it for survival and development. However, the problem of the land is the basic issue that humans' society can't be ignored all the time.The utilization of land is not only the basic activities for mankind, but related to the issue of social economic and ecological environment of human beings' survival and development. In this background, it's of great scientific value and realistic significance that the changes on land utilization response to ecological capacity research about Jiaozuo City.In this paper, firstly, based on the data changes of the land between 1998~2008 in Jiaozuo City, some researches about the changes of land utilization were made respectively from 4aspects:the numbering of the land resources, the degree of land utilization, the structure of land utilization and the intensity of land utilization. Secondly, we completed the comprehensive evaluation on ecological capacity between 2000 and 2008 in Jiaozuo City based on the principal component evaluation on four subsystems, such as resource carrying capacity, environmental capacity, social impact, ecological elastic force. Finally, we analysis the relations between the changes of land utilization and ecological capacity by typical correlation method.The main contents and achievements of the research are as follows:(1)The analysis on the changes of the land utilization in Jiaozuo City. This text analyzed the number of the land, the degree of land utilization, the structure of land utilization and the changes of intensity about Jiaozuo City. The result of the research shows: In numbering, there is an overall growth in agricultural land and construction land from 1998 to 2008 in Jiaozuo City, while the unused land presents a rapid decrease situation. In degree, the index on the changes of the land utilization has occurred turning points in 2002 and in 2003,tending to a bouts of turning. In structure, there's a rapid growth in the structure of the land utilization about information entropy. the after entropy tend to be stable. In intensity, the intensive index of changes in land utilization of the three land from high to low in order: unused land(-0.43%)>agricultural land(0.28%)>construction land(0.15%). (2)The comprehensive evaluation on ecological capacity in Jiaozuo City, compared with the usual method of the present ecological capacity. We select (PCA) principal component analysis and combine with the characters of ecological capacity target system and then some corrections are made, adopting SPSS Microsoft as technical platform. We made calculation and analysis on every subsystem of ecological capacity in 2000~2008.The result stated that from the year of 2005,the index of region ecosystem's carrying capacity start to be an positive value, it presented an quick recovery from not be able to bear capacity to a good situation.(3)The analysis of the changes on land utilization to ecological capacity in Jiaozuo City. The function made by changes on land utilization to ecological capacity existing a positive and negative difference, spatial difference. The changes on ecological capacity and land utilization's turning point is more coincide. The response in ecological capacity of changes on land utilization. However, it has a complete transformation with the boundary point in 2004.(4)Based on the above achievements of the research, we bring up a sustainable policy suggestion from the structure of land utilization, the degree of the land utilization and something like that about Jiaozuo City.
