Research Of Land Ecological Quality Evaluation And Spatial Differentiation At City Domain Scale

Land resource is the core element for the development of the society and economy.It is crucial for human survival and development including quantity,quality and ecological status.The Administration of Land and Resources of City plays a key role to achieve the management of quantity,quality and ecological,which undertake responsibility such as implement macroscopic strategy of national and provincial,direct and regulate the Administration of Land and Resources of county to strengthen land control.Therefore,it have become the current scientific issues waiting to be solved for carrying out evaluation of ecological status and spatial differentiation research of the land in the City domain scale,which can provide support for the improvement of the land ecological quality and acceleration the construction of ecological civilization society.In this dissertation,taking the research of land ecological quality evaluation and spatial fferentiation in Jiaozuo city as an example,the evaluation model of land Ecological quality was constructed and the methods of land ecological quality spatial differentiation and dominating factor were researched based on the need of The Administration of Land and Resources of City,and then the partition technology and regulative measure were put forward.The main results are summarized as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of land ecological quality was constructed according to ecological background,ecological stress,ecological structure,and ecological benefit.In accordance with the principles of synthesis and otherness and the duty on ecological construction and control of The Administration of Land and Resources of City,the index system for synthetic assessment was constructed based on the theories in the man-earth relationship coordination,sustainable development,landscape ecology and land ecological science.(2)In order to make the evaluation more scientific,the TOPSIS model was improved according to data standardization,optimal combination weighting and virtual worst solution.The evaluation model of land ecological quality was established based on the improved TOPSIS method.On the basis of evaluation model and evaluation unit of administrative village,the land ecological quality was evaluated.The classificationand standard were put forward based on Natural break.(3)The spatial differentiation method of land ecological quality and dominating factor method were put forward.Spatial differentiation method was proposed based on hot spot analysis of mathematical model by using spatial autocorrelation in spatial econometrics.The spatial agglomeration and differentiation were revealed according to central value and depression of the attribute values.The identification method of the dominating factors of general and region using CART algorithm of decision tree model was established.(4)The land ecological management and protection partition technology and process was established based on clustering analysis model.The index system was established based on land ecological effect factors,landscape ecology and planed spatial control.Using the method of Euclidean distance and class average method to analyze the degree of similarity of the partition unit and unit merge,and the process and technology of regional land ecological partition were put forward based on SPSS and GIS.(5)The land ecological quality and spatial differentiation were analyzed based on evaluation model of land ecological quality,spatial differentiation and protection of partition technology in Jiaozuo city.The results show that land ecological quality is poor in the middle part,the south and north are good.Land ecological quality spatial differentiation presents “core-periphery”.It is on the rise from the town to the outer suburbs and declined from the reservoir,river,scenic area to the city,and region differentiation appears manifest punctuate,planar or stripes.Ecological services value,NPP,population density,shelter nets density and water surface ratios are the dominating factors,there is difference in different spatial differentiation partition yet.The land ecological management and protection partition of the Jiaozuo city is divided into Taihang Mountains,urban and rural integration,plain,small-town,ecological conservation along the land of the Yellow River.Then it put forward ecological construction control measures based on the land ecological management and protection partition.
