The Response Mechanism Of Village-level Economy To Industrial Agglomeration Area In Rural Village Of Less Developed Region

The development of village-level economy not only influenced by its own factors, but also by other external factors in rural village of less developed region, especially in certain particular space. The foundation of industrial agglomeration is a kind of important external stimulus in the development of rural village which is in less developed region. The industrial agglomeration area has an influence on the industrial structure, the employment structure, concept, etc of village-level economy. In this paper, Huanglong industrial agglomeration area and a village which is adjacent to it are chosen as the study area. Based on the economic and social development data of 2005 and the 2010 in Wangpangzhang village, the author analyses the response mechanism of village-level economy to industrial agglomeration area. Also the response mechanism of different types of rural household to industrial agglomeration area has been discussed.In addition to introduction part and conclusion part,this paper still has 4 parts:The first part, the behavior of farmer theory, space interface theory, space interaction theory, are introduced and some concepts rural household, village-level economy for example also are defined.The second part, by comparing the economic and social development section data in 2005 and 2010, the industry response of village-level economy to industrial area has been analyzed.The third part, by comparing the economic and social development section data in 2005 and 2010, the population response of village-level economy to industrial agglomeration area has been analyzed.The fourth part, the influence factors of the rural household and village-level economy response to industrial agglomeration area has been discussed. The influence factor which comes from the village its own factor and industrial agglomeration area exterior factors two aspects. The response mechanism of village-level economy to industrial agglomeration area in rural village of less developed region has been discussed through rural household economy as a breakthrough point.Through the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn:⑴The response of village industrial structure to industrial agglomeration area can be embodied in following aspects: Industrial structure escalated, first industry proportion decline, the second and third industry weight increased. Being a worker in industrial agglomeration area is the main industry form in the village. In planting, economic crops relative weight increased, the grain crop planting proportion decline.⑵The people of village transfer from agriculture to non-agricultural by working as a worker in the industrial agglomeration area and self-employed. The employment space has transferred by going to work in the factory of industrial agglomeration area and outdoor-workers back flowing. There is a trend that labor force gradually gathering to industrial agglomeration area.⑶People take cultivated land as a kind of agricultural production resources and earn revenue which is weakened gradually, without regard to cultivated land capital income. The enthusiasm of undertaking non-agricultural industries is improved. Village domain social obtain a certain development, farmer's living standards relative improve, many farmers yearn for urban living, but the city's relatively high cost of living and farmers hard to burden the housing price are the main factors which is prevent people from moving to city.⑷Due to the differences of s individual abilities, the degree of response to industrial agglomeration area is different, the response results are different. The differences of the rural household response to industrial agglomeration area results rural household developed three types: Developed rural household, stable rural household and recession rural household.⑸From the degree of rural household response to industrial agglomeration area, we can see the responsiveness difference is very big. The response of rural household to industrial agglomeration area have a negative correlation with the core of Labor age, cultivated land per capita area, and positive correlation with education level, labor forces in the workforce, income from the industrial agglomeration area.
