The Mechanism Of Specialized Village Agglomeration In Henan Province

Specialized village as an effective way to promote the development of agricultural areas, is to achieve accurate poverty reduction, balanced development of urban and rural. Specialized village has been the concern of our government departments and relevant scholars in recent years, China's "one village one product" specialized village booming development, not only the number of specialized villages in the country but also the quality of specialized villages development is gradually improving, specialized villages related academic research has become increasingly fruitful. However, the current study focused on the specialized village concept, the type of specialized villages, specialized villages spatial expression and spatial agglomeration preliminary analysis. The existing research mainly concentrated in the village of Henan Province, single type of agriculture, industry, service industry and other specialized formation and agglomeration mechanism, this study focused on different types of specialized village constitute the gathering area of agglomeration and why study area occurred in. And for the first time, the dynamic evolution of specialized villages gathering area is analyzed. This study scientifically selected Taihang Piedmont typical specialized village gathering area, using ArcGIS, UCINET and SPSS software, a quantitative and qualitative analysis to the combination in 2008-2014 specialized villages agglomeration spatial and temporal measurement and dynamic evolution, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems found in the field research.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Taihang Piedmont specialized village of agglomeration area in different industries and types,the specialized village's spatial pattern is significant different, which the dominant influence factors are also not the same. In 2008-2014 years, formed a total of 160 One village One product specialized villages, the largest agricultural leading specialized village, commercial and service owners leading specialized village times, the industrial leading specialized village at least. Analysis with the kernel density estimation, we can see that most of the region Wuzhi County higher nucleation density value, part of the region formed a high nucleation density in the core area. Only a small part of the nuclear density and Xiuwu County Walker County area of high value, where specialized villages gathering trend is not obvious. The four years of specialized villages average nearest neighbor index analysis showed, specialized village showed a significant clustering distribution pattern, and the specialized villages gather professional level gradually strengthened in 2008 to 2014. Ripley's K function analysis of different distance measure of the specialized villages agglomeration, selected four years under different observation distance 2-14 km, specialized villages distribution have statistically significant agglomeration in four years, and with the increasing of the observation distance, the degree of agglomeration increases firstly and then decreases. To the township area of the unit as the research object, specialized households still has space agglomeration characteristic, namely the adjacent township scale specialized households with positive correlation.(2)From the village of major of economic status, technical contact network, leading product sales space three aspects of dynamic evolution analysis. Rural economic development and total income of the village economy most are greatly increased. The specialized villages production technology source system is diverse, the technical contact network is more close. And specialized villages national sales space is tight, and transfers to the neighboring area. According to the degree of specialization of specialized villages, according to the specialized village's life cycle, it is divided into four types: growth type, stable type, fluctuation type, and declining type.(3)Analysis of the mechanism of specialized villages agglomeration from two aspects of static and dynamic, the static factor analysis based on resource endowment(typical spatial interface region), geographic location, the economy of scale, innovation atmosphere four aspects, dynamic factors analysis to the market and the leading role of the government as the main. The ML-Binary logistic regression quantitative model analysis showed that: the role of market and government plays an important role in the evolution and development of the specialized villages in the study area, and the market has a more significant impact than government on the evolution.(4)Taihang Piedmont specialized villages cluster development is also facing many problems, such as leading products in the market is less stability, product competitiveness is not strong, farmers own development capacity constraints, lack of unified planning and layout. Then put forward the corresponding development countermeasures for the above problems, improve the industrial division and allocation of specialized village, enhance the competitiveness of products, cultivate innovative talents, and actively play a leading role in the government.
