Corporate Social Responsibility Research: Comparison And Enlightenment Of CHinese And Foreign Corporations

In recent years as China's comprehensive economic strength to take off, business development in China has also improved. But with the economic strength of corporation in general increasing faster, major companies, even well-known large enterprises caused malignant adverse events at the same time that frequently occupies a front page headline of the major medias. In early 2011, China's largest--meat processing enterprise of Shuanghui Group then burst "Clenbuterol" events, so corporate social responsibility is becoming increasingly "red-hot" and China also urgently need to resolve the current problems of corporate social responsibility. This article carry out research on corporate social responsibility from the perspective of comparison of Chinese and foreign enterprises and on the basis of recalling a representative definition of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad, the author proposed their own definition of corporate social responsibility. After summarizing the research of the world literature of corporate social responsibility, the writer give the analysis of the differences between them. Subsequently through the analysis of specific case about the Chinese and foreign companies in chapter III, we get some differences of corporate social responsibility between the two companiesFrom special to General and after comparing specific case, the writer use comparative research method to analyze the defined corporate social responsibility home and abroad in a detailed comparison and obtain that there are still a large gap between China and abroad in the area of corporate social responsibility. Therefore, China must build our own corporate social responsibility. Due to special reasons for China's national conditions, when using foreign advanced experiences of corporate social responsibility cannot disregard specific conditions, so China needed to build our own corporate social responsibility that tackle the country's requirements. Besides made in construction of "Corporate Social Responsibility of China-style", the writer also try to do some thinking on how to construct"Corporate Social Responsibility of China-style"and appeal for strengthening the further focus on corporate social responsibility in China. One the background of government promoting "harmonious society"and some enterprises have already introduced preliminarily practice social responsibility, construction of Chinese corporate social responsibility has a relatively good beginning background.
