Research On Financing Method Of The SME In The Perspective Of Commercial Banks

As the economic development, especially the huge financing needs of SME,Commercial Bank is gradually Clearly market positioning,State and local government policy support for SME, in the future, SME will become the object of competition in the commercial banks. How to seize the resources of SME, are the problems that the modern commercial banks must effort to solve and actively explore.The paper is from the perspective of commercial banks and study traditional and expand financing methods of SME. Using comparative method to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and expand financing methods. China Construction Bank(CCB) for an example, The paper researched the background of improvement and the major problem of traditional financing methods, and studied CCB financing method improvement of SME.The paper puts forward three major suggestions about commercial banks supporting SME financing suggestions in conclusion. First, drawing on international experience and strengthen government support to reduce the risk of commercial bank loans; Second, commercial banks cooperation with private venture capital companies to help SME financing; Third, strengthening improvement the commercial banks financing method with regional characteristics.
