Along with the increasingly fast pace of economy and information globalization, China plays an important role in the global economic system. In the macroeconomic environment, national policy guidance continuously encourages our enterprises to "go global", and our "going global" strategy has been officially listed in our development strategies. Meanwhile, China's marketing activities makes our enterprises that are engaged in multinational management enjoy a more fair and equitable treatment, and their vital interests will be guaranteed. As to industrial pressure, because Chinese market targets at global market, many foreign enterprises enter Chinese market and compete with China's enterprises for resources and market, the intra-industry pressure in China is increasing. Therefore, more and more Chinese enterprises begin to face the international market for multinational management. In the activities of multinational management, due to the large number of SMEs accounting for most proportion, the multinational management of SMEs will directly affect the implementation of "going global" strategy.Enterprises, which are engaged in multinational management, the first problem they are facing is in which way the enterprises enter the overseas markets. Different ways decide different inputs, benefits, risks and market share. The way of the enterprises entering the international market will directly affect the growth of the enterprises, and even determine the success or the failure of the enterprises. Therefore, the factors influencing their entry modes are very important. This paper aims to gain the factors influencing entry modes of the enterprise through the study, and give reference to the enterprises that are engaged in multinational management.The paper chooses Chinese SMEs that are engaged in multinational management as the object of the study. Entry modes can be generally classified into two categories: trade entry and investment entry. Based on the research of former scholars, the factor mold of affecting entry modes is put forward. It is believed that the factor of environment, product, international experience, leader and social web will exert an influence on entry mode. Then some concrete factors are assumed in the paper, including comparative advantages and specialized knowledge in product factor, the international experience of emprise and leader in international experience factor, the orientation and preference of leader in leader factor, entrepreneur web and web environment in social web. According to these factors, questionnaire survey is made to testify them through further study.The paper takes advantage of factorial analysis, regression analysis, binary logistic analysis to testify these hypotheses, and the conclusion is drawn:entering international market, medium and small-sized enterprises are inclined to choose investment mode with rich specialized knowledge, powerful leader or great influence of web environment, and other factors don't make an understanding impact on entry mode.The views in the paper give great directions to the entry mode of medium and small-sized enterprises. However, limited by the time of questionnaire survey and the complex of the question, this paper still has some shortcomings. Yet it come up with the study direction and can give reference to future study.
