Building a harmonious software industry chain, to improve the competitiveness of the software industry has a very important role.In this paper, the purpose is development of software industry better, I did a serious research of software industry chain and countermeasures. In the beginning of the article, describe the development history of the software industry, analyze the main reason for the formation of the software industry chain. Then, explain the relevant concepts of the software industry, do a more systematic summary of the existing theory. Most existing research starts from a macro point of view,this article starts from the micro-perspective of the value of activities to study the software industry chain.At the third chapter, make a detailed explanation of the software industry chain structure model frist, and then analyze the value chain activities, the final analyze the value of the chain transfer process, the knowledge chain and the funds chain to create value, and explain how to the biggest value while the two flow under different conditions. At the fourth chapter,the paper apply Porter's system of industry factors analysis-Diamond model to software industries. Analyze the impact of factors of the software industry chain, compare the actual situation in our country,found the main contradictions existing software industry chain.Finally, find out some reasonable countermeasures from the knowledge chain and financial chain, improve the competitiveness of China's software industry.At the end of the airticle, Illustrate the shortcomings of this article, and point out the future direction:make some changes for specific chain; quantitative research at the value chain;the more comprehensive countermeasures. |
