Shenyang Aerospace Mitsubishi Motor's Engine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 1997. After 10 years of the development, annual production of the engine has been increased from the initial 20,000 units to the present of more than 300,000 units. Enterprise growing stronger and stronger, brand influence has been continuously improving. The product now includes the previous Mitsubishi 4G6 series engines, the 4G69 MIVEC engines and the follow-up 4A9 series engines, besides, the company is currently carrying out independent research and development of the corresponding turbocharged engines, and planning to import engines with the latest technology from Japan Mitsubishi. The continuous introducing of new projects will help to exploit new markets and new customers for the company, and this will lay a solid foundation for the sustained development of Shenyang Aerospace Mitsubishi Motor's Engine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, the competition in the market now becoming increasingly fierce, as an independent gasoline engine production enterprise, which is not affiliated to any OEMS is very rare at domestic, and it will face larger challenge.If enterprises want to live and develop, first of all, they must have products that are suitable for the market. If enterprises want to have a good profit in return, they must depend on management and improve efficiency. Sales play the leading role in the enterprise, and the leaders of our company always attaches great importance to the sales work. To improve and implement systematic management is the premise to promote the management level. Facing various kinds of engine products need to be sold, and the continuously expanding customer teams from domestic and international, merely relying on phone, E-mail and fax to receive orders and the manually formulated sales plan to communicate already can't adapt to the development of the enterprise. Moreover, sometimes, customers will call to the office, urged the sales department to reply the number of goods arrival and the time schedule. Even, some customers are so meticulous to ask for our inventory of the spare parts as well as the delivery information of the parts that purchased from other companies for assembling the engines. Besides, most of the customers cooperated with our company are domestically independent brand enterprises, the enterprise management level is uneven, sales plan changed frequently, the originally well-organized working environment was disrupted, person in business become scrambling on receiving phone calls and replying the E-mails, most of the time was wasted in the tracking of the basic logistic information and repeating on the low level business work. The commercial communication can't get promoted. Meanwhile, this kind of chaotic way of working also passed on to our production management department, assembly department and logistics department etc. They are kept constantly on the run of querying the data, printing reports, data and forms rush everywhere.The price of oil is soaring constantly, transport environment is deteriorated, and the competition of auto industry is obvious. The cost of the enterprise management is rising, and each year the price cutting of SAME's part supplier is limited, the manufacturing cost of engine become increasing year after year. But as the customer of the OEMs, currently, the only effective way to win the market is the price war. In order to win a place in price wars, OEMs demand Shenyang Aerospace Mitsubishi to reduce engine price on and on, how to effectively reduce engine cost became our first problem to solve.As far as for the enterprise, another effective way is to speed up the capital turnover rate and to reduce the inventory of the finished products and the parts. To improve business efficiency of sales department and to promote sales performance is the most important way. This will require us to promptly handle customer orders, rapidly response to customer requirements, so to win customers and win the market.Managing customer's order in the pure artificial way, consolidating sales plan and then inform the production department to change plan was inevitably need massive manpower and financial resource, but achieved little, therefore, we will need the corresponding specialized software system to support. At the time of improving the management level so to improve the efficiency. In view of the existing condition of the sales system, this article adopted the establishment of the read-only view interface technology to carry out the effective integration to the data in the three systems of BPCS and ZQMES/ZQTPL, and has optimized the existing SAME sales procedures, so to develop a new sales information management system.The work has been carried out are mainly as follows:1. Study new and old system's data interface and the integration technology with the new software system.2. Design the functional module based on the optimized sales procedure.The 11 software modules have been determined according to the optimized sales procedure, they are engine sales plan management, engine arrival plan management, temporary order management, finished product inventory management, finished product outbound management invoice management, client credit management, compensation after service management, spare part management, specimen management, imports and exports management. We have studied the technology on how to realize the entire management flow through inter-modular operation. The system operation management contains log enquiry, business log, system parameter maintenance, data dictionary maintenance, system user maintenance, user rights maintenance. Sales plan management includes plan input, confirmation and enquiry, and the rolling sales forecast of the current month and the next five months. Engine arrival plan management includes arrival schedule input, confirmation, enquiry and modification. Temporary order management includes the additional order's input and enquiry. Finished product inventory management includes outbound, storage and inventory information enquiry. Finished product outbound management includes the outbound information input, confirmation and enquiry. Invoice management includes invoice's confirmation and enquiry. After confirming the whole structure and discussing over the feasibility, conducted decomposition design of the items and realize the modular design of the software and the accurate data exchange between each modules.3. According to functional module division, strictly design the form structure of databaseStrictly observe the design principle of the form of database, and combining the specific requirement of DB2 for iSeries database, on the basis of not having redundant data and reducing the size of database, we have established an information management system database. This database altogether established more than 40 database forms, 20 views, and among these, the 40 databases are independent with respect to the original BPCS, ZQMES/ZQTPL system. Because only directing at the enquiry of the inventory of the three large systems of BPCS, ZQMES and ZQTPL, the identical form has not been established by the newly added modules in the SCMWEB, but use the read-only view to gain data information from the three large systems. In this way, it not only reduced the repetitive data in the database, but also lowered system cost, simultaneously reduced the influence to the data of the three large systems due to misoperation, with the changing of the company business flow, there might be data exchange with the three large systems, namely, during data enquiry, we have to conduct read-in or revision operation to the data in the three large systems, we will consider to establish a strict data confirmation mechanism, so to guarantee the data read-in will be correct, and will be synchronized.4. Use the present mature and the function formidable controls.Using the present popular ASP. NET controls r.a.d. GRID will play the role of reducing the development cycle and the development difficulty. Because the development before has always used Microsoft's DATAGRID to realize DATASET, if wants to realize data grouping similar to OUTLOOK style or the in-page scrollbar through DATAGRID, it will need to compile the complex code, but using r.a.d.GRID can avoid the complex compilation process and achieve system's aesthetics, functionality and operational easy in a very short time. At the same time, r.a.d.GRID also provides us functions to derive the EXCEL interface, simultaneously select a series of lines, and sorting row contents, therefore, reduce the development difficulty, and save the development time.5. Design strictly according to SAME's need, and to satisfy the requirement of SAME's sales management. 68The sales information management system developed in this article basically according to Shenyang Aerospace Mitsubishi's existing sales management pattern, satisfying the requirement of the existing sales management. This has improved the sales flow effectively in the system design process, and further clarified the related business scope of the related departments. The system has undergone nearly a half year's test, now is putting into operation normally. The system features in simplicity of operation, user friendly, design humanized, easy to maintain and stable in operation, now it has become an essential tool in the routine working of the sales department.
