The Development Strategy Of Bank Of China Heilongjiang Branch

Commercial bank development strategy is a sort of master plan for taking its relevant course of action and stipulating the use of its financial resources in order to realize the commercial bank's general objective. The internal resources condition and external environment condition are the main influences during the commercial bank development strategy form process.Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch is the typical example among the share-holdings commercial banks in Heilongjiang Province. After 30 years development, its scale of assets and liability has been expanding and sharing a more prestigious fame home and abroad. However, due to the surging of operation risks, it is faced with the problem of slow and static development. Therefore, research and study for development strategy is beneficial to turning around the static situation and further continuing a sustainable and healthy development.Taking the development plan of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch in the following three years as the object of study, this paper gives a brief introduction on the branch's historical development, internal structure, external environment, corporate culture and original development plan. By deep analysing the internal and external environment factors faced by Heilongjiang Branch, it points out the problems existing in the original development plan and further put forward the effective improvement scheme. The author intends to present a source of reference for the healthy development of China's banking industry through the study of a typical case.
