The Financing Study On Asset Securitization Of Infrastructure Construction In Wuhan

Asset securitization is known as the world's most advanced technological innovations of financing in 20th century 70 years. The current infrastructure construction in Wuhan is in a landmark history of the development period,because of the huge infrastructure funding needs and limited financial resources and the limitations of the traditional means of financing,there is a contradiction between the construction fund demand and the supply. Therefore, it is necessary for Wuhan to use asset securitization financing for infrastructure construction.Due to many conditions become mature, getting asset securitization to carry out in Wuhan for infrastructure constuction is feasible,for various conditions has ready.This paper has analyzed the background and significance of carrying asset securitization on infrastructure construction in Wuhan,described the basis theories of infrastructure asset securitization, interpreted from the conception, character, principle,main part of transactions,and the basic transaction structure of infrastructure asset securitization respectively. Besides, the paper has analysised the constuction conditions,the channel of financing and the funding gap in Wuhan's infrastructure, has researched the way of financing for Wuhan's infrastructure construction,especially the financing measure of the investment and financing company for local city to the Wuhan City's infrastructure financing, found out the problem of various financing modes at present, compared the advantages of asset securitization and other project financing means of project,analyzed the advantages of using asset securitization to financing for Wuhan's infrastructure construction,and analyzed the conditions need for do it,the difficult during the implementation process.Finally,the pepaer has designed the program of the infrastructure asset securitization in Wuhan. analysised the related reference way of success example from domestic and international.A research on the choice to the basic assets, participants, issuance and transaction structure has been done,the control measures for the risk of operation has been put forward.
