The Application Research Of BPR Theory In The Purchasing Process Outsourcing Of Rissan Company

BPR is the effective way that enterprises to improve their management and improve the overall strength. BPR has been implemented in many industries. With economic development and increasing in labor costs in developing countries, the application of BPR has become an important aspect of access to benefits in the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry. Re-sang company started to outsource its indirect purchasing process to G company from 2006. Using the case of Re-sang company outsourcing as an object to implement BPR project. Under the guidance of the BPR theory as well as IDEF0 and ASME methodology, collected the status of the process and obtained a detailed process model and related data. Through the analysis concluded that process in order to function as the center, some functions are cross-cutting, the process structure is too general. These lead to inefficiency, customer satisfaction is low. In this project, we applied a lot of tools and methodologies such as brainstorming and Benchmarking to reengineered indirect purchasing process.Set up a Shared Service Center of procurement, re-refining process structure, deleting repetitive functions and streamlining the organizational structure to optimize the enterprise resources and improve the work efficiency. Finally, makes the business process outsourcing better benefits.
