Since the beginning of the 21st century,China's garment production industry has encountered more challenges as well as greater opportunities.The rapid development of new technology and the improvement of people's economic level require enterprises to respond to the market more quickly,Globalization without borders makes the market more competitive.As a clothing enterprise whose purchasing cost accounts for the majority of the total,it is imperative to optimize its purchasing management in order to improve its core competitiveness.At present,enterprises cannot adapt to the development of The Times only by relying on their own strength and resources.They attach importance to the coordinated development of the whole supply chain,and procurement management based on the supply chain management idea is increasingly favored by many enterprises.Purchasing management under supply chain environment,by establishing close cooperative relationship with upstream and downstream enterprises,use integrated supply chain resources,effectively reduces the uncertainty of supply,improve the purchasing efficiency,speed up the market reaction,save the purchase cost,reduce the inventory cost,improve the economic efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.This paper takes changzhou SXZY company's purchasing and supply management activities as the research object,through research methods such as interviews,collecting relevant data,on the illustration of the purchasing management,on the basis of relevant theories and methods,the paper analyzes the current situation of SXZY company purchasing management,found the company in purchasing management,there is a purchasing organization structure unreasonable,unscientific procurement process,procurement mode single,backward supplier management and so on.Aiming at the existing problems and combining with the characteristics of SXZY company and the industry,the supply chain management idea was introduced to reposition and design the procurement organization of the company.ASME analysis table was used to find out the unreasonable links in the procurement process,and ESIA principle was used to optimize the procurement process.Make comprehensive use of ABC classification and Kraljic matrix to classify materials purchased by SXZY company,and flexibly design targeted procurement mode;Based on the actual situation of the company,a scientific evaluation index system for supplier selection has been established to select the right supplier,and the relationship with suppliers hasbeen optimized by classifying and managing suppliers,establishing cooperative training mechanism and strengthening communication.Through the analysis of the optimization results can prove that changzhou SXZY optimization of purchasing management can effectively solve the problems in purchasing management,is conducive to improve the efficiency of procurement activities,improving the quality of procurement,improve customer satisfaction,and cut down the cost of procurement,can enhance the level of purchasing management for the company to provide practical guidance and reference.
