The Research Of Purchasing Process Improvement Of GRK Company

Effective purchasing management is regarded as one significant means to reduce theproduction cost and enhance the core competition power， would make great contributionfor the enterprise’s outstanding achievement. In order to raise the market competitionadvantage and keep continuous development for an enterprise， we should effectivelycontrol the whole purchasing phase and make purchasing management become importantfactor for controlling cost and adding value in the enterprise’s value chain.For the sake ofdiscussing the effective purchasing management in the traditional manufacturing field，this dissertation takes GRK company as an example to make a systemic research on itspurchasing management.This dissertation points out GRK company’s problems in purchasing processmanagement and their needs to change， especially on total flow， supplier selection andmanagement， purchasing process optimization. This dissertation looks forward to makingfor the development of GRK company and settling the similar problems in the otherenterprises in the same process of fluid industry.
