The company of Supervising Management of Information Systems is state enterprise in our country. Most of the enterprises have short time to participate in the competition and relatively lack of human resources management experience. With the increasing of the sustain of the government about IT industry, Supervising Management of Information Systems is rapidly developing. There are some serious issues coming forth, such as not enough incentives, high staff turnover frequency and so on, so the human resources management becomes more and more important. How to effectively manage and motivate staff, retain the marketing staff as long as possible, stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity to bring in more value for the enterprise and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise is the great significant research.This is a case article of enthusiasm human resources management, composing of five main parts:introduction, manage problem, theory summarize, case studies and solutions. It takes the building Supervising Management of Information Systems marketing staff incentives system as the core of the paper, points out the problems existing in the staff incentives system of K company through analysing the status of K and combining with the practical case in the marketing staff incentives of K, analyses the enthusiasm demand and loss of marketing staff and the exiting problem and then puts forward to solve the existing problems with the help of two-year incentives theory study. The author aims to provide some reference value for property enthusiasm in how to increase core staff's sense of belonging and effectively motivate core staff, to create greater value.
