The arrival of the "Internet +" era has improved the level of China’s economic integration and informatization.China’s commercial banks are also in an era of competition where opportunities and challenges coexist.In recent years,due to the imperfect banking incentive system,employee satisfaction and work enthusiasm have declined,which has largely become a bottleneck restricting the development of banks.Then,how to effectively motivate employees and mobilize employees’ work enthusiasm is the key source of commercial banks’ response to competition and challenges and the key to improving the core competitiveness of commercial banks.In recent years,the local joint-stock commercial bank B has been actively exploring how to effectively motivate employees,but there are still some unsatisfactory problems.This paper takes B Bank as the research object,and conducts a case study on the problems of B bank employee incentives and how to improve the bank employee incentive mechanism.Based on the relevant incentive theory and human resource management theory,the research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method are adopted.Based on the B-bank employee incentive and satisfaction survey,some typical examples exist in B-bank.Case events,analysis and summary of the B-bank employee incentives mainly exist in the three aspects of fairness and incentives of salary distribution,lack of performance appraisal and incentives,and lack of reasonable promotion and transfer mechanism,and proposed B for these problems.Some suggestions and countermeasures for banks to effectively motivate employees: First,establish a differentiated salary incentive system;second,improve the scientific performance management incentive system;third,improve the career development path of employees;Fourth,build a long-term based on work design Incentive mode.All in all,the comprehensive use of a variety of incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in order to achieve the management goals of stimulating vitality,stimulating motivation,transmitting pressure and empowering.This paper is concerned with the problems existing in the incentives of B-bank employees and how to improve the incentive mechanism for bank employees.It is of great significance both in theory and in practice to improve the level of human resources management and employee incentives of commercial banks.
