Research On The Supply Chain Financing Service Of SDB

The current industrial economic development has shifted from the competition between the enterprises to the supply-chains. The enterprises from competition to competing process in the supply-chain "Production-Supply-Sale" have urgent need banks to improve trade financing standard of service, in a certain extent, "Finance Services of Supply Chain " has solved this problem. It studies its entire supply chain from the core business, focusing on the flexible use of financial products and services. Give the upstream and downstream SMEs timely help, as the core enterprise icing on the cake. It earnestly solves the problems of financing difficulties of SMEs, set a real win-win situation to achieve a tripartite.The paper firstly analyzes the difficulty in SMEs' financing in China and its main reason, and then points out that at present in China, the more feasible way to resolve the problem is for the banks to develop the new financial products and financing project in order to meet the special needs of SMEs financing, and therefore resolve the problem in SMEs financing. Then the paper analyzes and describes mainly the Supply Chain Financing Service. From the concept, characteristics, describing the meaning of the Supply Chain Financing Service. Using transaction cost theory and principal agent theory to explain the theoretical basis for Supply Chain Financing Service. Finally, from stock-in-trade financing model, advance payment facility financing model and accounts receivable financing model, analyzing the major financing model of Supply Chain Financing Service of SDB.
