In today's world Lean Production Management is one of the best production methods and organization of production systems.Lean Production Theory comes from Manufacturing.Lean Production Theory is widely used in the implementation of industrial enterprises for a lot of content of the theory is fit for other industries. The traditional operation mode of power plants belongs to extensive production. With the changing patterns of corporate earnings, enterprise management mechanism and corresponding is changing in operating mode.TIEFA Coal Industry Group Corporation Limited Thermal Power Plant(TFTPP)has implemented the theory in the production system for Lean Production Management is a advanced management. At first the paper introduces briefly the company profile and production system status of TFTPP before the improvement. And the paper analyzed the problems of its production systems by Lean Production Theory. To aim at the problems(particularly main and urgent problems),it finds for out the causes. To improve profitability and reduce operating costs, it designs the program by Lean Production Theory and situation of this plant. It proposes the innovative approaches and studies the implementation and effect. Besides, the paper studies the implementation of Lean Production Theory in Energy-saving and Ejection-decreasing of TFTPP.The researching result supplies not only material to research about Enterprise Management Mechanism and experimental evidence to research about Lean Production Theory in domestic electric power enterprise and other process industrial enterprises but also material to implement of Lean Production Theory in power enterprise.
