Reserch The Lean Production System Of Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.

Abstract:Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.(TMT)as the vibration and noise components industry leading enterprises in recent years, based on rail transport, and actively to the automotive, environmental, military and other new areas of development, production showed concentric diversification trends, the market demand is not only faced with a wide range of requirements, also facing the international advanced enterprises competing against the situation, how to achieve in the fierce market competition and maintain long-term competitive advantage, the implementation of lean production is undoubtedly its inevitable choice.In this paper, TMT conduct research to lean production JIT, QC and TPM related theory as the basis for research, technology companies pointed out the benefits of implementing lean manufacturing processes. Through the TMT’s production status analysis, including raw materials and inventory, product development, production patterns and processes as well as marketing and sales, to find TMT production management problems, which have led to the production plan irrational market demand and production is not matching, inventory accounting for high production costs relative to industry leading products with high quality, but off and rework caused by defective products increased production costs, work arrangements and processes are not clear cause improper labor and material waste, etc. These problems seriously hamper the company’s development, and therefore it is necessary to carry out within the company lean production, through the implementation of lean manufacturing to improve the company’s efficiency.Zhouzhou Times New Material Technology Co.,Ltd’s lean production system guided by the theory of lean production,fully supported by lean tools,building and implementing the information platform in six aspects:the project about implemention of inventry control, streamline operations,the use of management of board,ANDON operating system, process balance and operation standardization.
