Research Of Lean Production's Application On TB Company R Series Reducer's Production

The reducer is the main transmission equipment for connecting power equipment such aselectric motors.It has a wide range of applications and a large span of the market.There are many enterprises in the market.Traditional reducer companies use large-volume,extensive production and operation models obviously can not survive in the fierce market competition,so promoting lean production methods within the enterprise to maximize business operation efficiency is very important.This paper is based on the study of a large number of lean production theories,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,in accordance with the steps to implement lean production methods within the enterprise.First establish the lean organization,then use 5S and TPM to improve the man-machine of the workshop production site,then select the R reducer as the sample line,and use the value stream to analyze the R reducer production process.Find the problem points and improvement points,afterwards,the continuous improvement of the R reducer is realized by assembly line balance,U-unit production,the pull production system consisting of supermarket and kanban.After the implementation of lean production,the on-site man-machine environment has been significantly improved.The implementation of 5S and TPM has made the employees feel refreshed,while the operating environment has improved.The equipment utilization rate of the R reducer model line has been significantly improved.Reduced 41% of in-process in-process inventory,increased production efficiency by 11.5%,delivery on-time rate from88% to 98%,and personnel cost savings of up to 13.6%.These visible changes greatly boost morale.Improve the performance of R reducer products,and at the same time improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market,and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent improvement of other products.The reducer manufacturer is a traditional machining enterprise.This article from the theoretical basis to the final combination of the actual situation of the enterprise,step by step clarifies the implementation steps of lean in the traditional machining enterprises,it is a good example for the traditional machining industry to learn from.
