Research On The Misleading Sale Of Bancassurance In Shenyang Life Insurance Industry

Bancassurance in Shenyang insurance industry is at the preliminary stage of development. Information asymmetry among the subjects in cooperation, sale and regulation leads to the misleading sale, which infringes upon the legal rights of insurance consumers, restricts the healthy development of the insurance industry and destroys the honest basis of both insurance industry and banking industry.In order to solve the problems caused by the misleading sale of bancassurance in Shenyang life insurance industry, the performances and hazards of the misleading sale should be concluded firstly. Then the basic reasons should be analyzed under the situation of information asymmetry. Finally, the solutions should be made according to the reality of the market development and be deeply analyzed on the feasibility. The research has yielded some positive results as follows:(1) This paper presents the performances of the misleading sale of bancassurance in Shenyang life insurance industry, and sums up the main hazards caused by the misleading sale.(2) Game theory is used as a kind of research methods. Based on the actual situation of bancassurance in Shenyang life insurance industry, this paper sets up different models, studies the game behaviors between different market subjects in cooperation, sale and regulation under the situation of information asymmetry, and analyses the reasons of the misleading sale of bancassurance in Shenyang life insurance industry.(3) This paper uses the successful experiences both at home and abroad for reference and suggests that solutions which are used to solve the problems of the misleading sale in Shenyang life insurance industry have been put forward in terms of cooperation, sales management, supervision and regulation, etc.(4) This paper suggests that feasibility of solutions should be analyzed in the aspects of policy, strategy, economy and society. The necessary measures should be adopted to solve the problems cropped up when solutions are put into practice. In order to measure the effects, the evaluation system should be set up.
