Customer marketing is a service industry, the key point of which is acquisition of important customers or big customers, and to establish long-term cooperation with them. Traditional era business rules appear new features as the times changes, customer demand diversity makes the customer maintenance cost aggravate, and business enterprise customer relations become an increasingly important function, due to the status of large customer in the development enterprise management, which makes big customer become priority. Therefore, establishing and maintaining the enterprise customer group enterprise marketing in practice is one. of the main contents.This paper was based on the key account management of MD Pharmaceutical company in marketing management, strategic management, communication mechanism, human resource management, and business culture, etc, the status quo and problems, combining theory and practice, using induce deduction, comparative analysis, causal analysis comprehensively and objectively, and put forward realistic analysis method to solve the problem. The countermeasures for large pharmaceutical companies answered customer marketing confusion. The paper has carried on the preliminary attempt for the pharmaceutical industry customer marketing management mechanism of comprehensive analysis, looking for the feasible improvement scheme. The research on the key account marketing management would be a beneficial supplement for the MD Company and the industry, and it would certainly accelerate the progress for the company and the industry in the customer marketing system, improving the competitiveness of company in the market. The main marketing problem of MD pharmacy company are, Company management mechanism doesn't accord with the actual need, the key account marketing strategy is not clear and excellent enterprise culture construction has not begin.This paper is based on my working experience of many years in the pharmaceutical industry, combining theory and practice. The paper referred the research method and the conclusion will be help for the people who are working in the industry and the scholars who are research on the marking management.
