With the global industrial structure adjustment, further industrial robots have been gradually mature and constantly penetrated the various areas of the manufacturing industry, as a master of automation technology, industrial robots have become irreplaceable important strength in advanced manufacturing, the level to a certain extent, represents a country’s manufacturing level.F Company is a fledgling domestic wholly-owned private enterprise, mainly engaged in robots, standardized working station, and automatic integration. The company is committed to provide diagnostic automation solutions for Chinese enterprises, boost the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry. In the heat of the industrial robot market competition to win a place and long-term development, F Company acts as a challenger, is bound to face a lot of competition pressure and difficulties. At present, the Key Account Management theory and research method are increasingly improved, more and more enterprises have realized that it is so important to keep, maintain and develop good key accounts, which is the soul to sustain corporate loyalty, improve customer share, and insure the stable growth of enterprise performance marketing tool. But in the field of domestic industrial robots, the Key Account Management is still lacking of case practice and further research.Against this background, in this study, the author will take F Company as an example, using the methods of case analysis, not only hope to through the industrial robot startup Key Account Management of the implementation of the process analysis and research, provide support to help F Company achieve strategic objectives, but also hope for other industrial robot domestic enterprises implement Key Account Management plays a positive reference.
