Game Analysis On Cooperation Of Upstream And Downstream Enterprise For Coal And Electricity Industrial Chain

Since 1993, coal enterprises gradually move towards the market, while electricity's prices remained under State control. At the same industrial chain, the reform of the two industries with a high degree of linkage is not synchronized, leading the contradictions between them a step by step sharpening over the years . To alleviate this contradiction, need to enhance the relations of cooperation between upstream and downstreamcoal enterprise on coal and electricity industrial chain, making it stable and coordinated development. In this paper make game analysis on cooperation of upstream and downstream enterprise on coal and electricity industrial chain.Supported by the industrial chain and game theory, combining theoretical research with model analysis method, and based on simplifying assumptions of the coal industry chain, this paper analyzed existing cooperation modes, and proposed the key factors affecting the cooperation of coal enterprises. Then this economic issue that coal enterprises seek maximum benefits is converted into the game problem. Under the states of complete information and incomplete information to model and analyze, we obtained that cooperative total revenue is more than the sum of non-cooperative total revenue when coal and power enterprises in the same industry chain cooperate under the state of the complete information. The conclusion meets the demand of group rationality in game behavior. In accordance with contribution to the overall interest increase, cooperative enterprises distribute benefits. The revenues of co-operation sides is more than those of non-cooperation, which acts in line with individual rationality requirements of the game participants.At last, This paper proposed the solution that improved the cooperation relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises in the coal industry chain, and enhanced the maximum revenue of cooperators. First, reconstruct coal industry chain and establish an open and moderate competition environment in the coal industry chain. Secondly, build cooperative game safeguard of coal industry chain. Thirdly, introduce relevant industrial policies, promote the reform of power industry, and truly realize coal industry marketization.
