With the rapid development of the global economy integration, only by establishing a steady strategic partnership with cooperative partners, can the supply chain node-enterprises obtain competitive advantages.Co-opetition strategy can optimize the overall performance of the supply chain. But if the supply chain alliances lack a mechanism of profit distribution, which can encourage and satisfy the node-enterprise, it is difficult to reach a coordination and cooperation. So,fair and rational mechanism of profit distribution has an important significance in maintaining and strengthening the stability and compatibility of supply chain. On summary of the research findings on supply chain in recent years, problems of profit distribution of supply chain node-enterprise are further analyzed with game theory.Firstly, through establishing and comparing three different models of dynamic game,it comes to the conclusion that only co-opetition strategy can optimize the overall performance of the supply chain and implement the idea of cooperative game. Secondly,in the contemporary market environment, there are massive risks everywhere. To the supply chain with complex structure, although cooperation and coordination can disperse some risks to some extend, risks cannot disappear completely.Through designing a series of risk indicators, the risk of supply chain node-enterprise is evaluated and a mechanism of profit distribution is designed in this paper. Finally, with synthetically analysis of various influencing factor,a distribution strategy considering the weight of the income is designed. This distribution strategy can effectively makes up for the traditional methods of profit distribution, and has good practical significance.
