Study On Supply-Demand Game Between Coal And Electricity Industry

In recent years, with the advancement of electric power system and market reformation of coal industry, the conflict between coal and electricity industry increasingly becomes one of the focus of economy in our society. Not only because coal and electricity are important energy in relation to the development of civil economy, but also it reflects the regulative problem of industry policy in the transformation from planned economy to market economy.Starting with the game between coal and electricity industry, the thesis briefly introduces the development of the civil coal and electricity industry and summarizes the changes of coal and electricity industry policy. And then, it analyses the reasons that keeps American coal and electricity industry steady-going for a long time are its complete reformation to market and multiform management stratagems. On the basis of this, the thesis analyzes the supply-demand relation between coal and electricity industry. And then, taking the game theory as the tool it constructs and analyzes the cooperative and non-cooperative game models under complete and incomplete information with reasonable hypothesis, and advances a numerical example.
