Research On Return Contract Coordination Model In Three-stage Supply Chain Under Stochastic Demand

With the global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology and the increasing personalized demand for customers, progressively shorter product life cycles, increasing competition among enterprises, supply chain management is becoming an important means to gain competitive advantage and enhance competitiveness for enterprises. While the supply chain is corporate network consisting of a number of independent economic entities, all nodes in the process of business cooperation among the members often have different goals, it inevitably gives rise to a conflict of interest, resulting in the overall performance of the supply chain down, which makes the supply chain in a state of imbalance. Therefore, the research of supply chain coordination is of great theoretical and practical significance.Return contracts as a common strategy of supply chain coordination, which has long been concerned closely by academic and business circles. In this thesis, the product under the impact of market price-sensitive stochastic demand is taken as the research object, study background and current situation of supply chain coordination at home and abroad is introduced in the thesis; basic theories of supply chain return contracts coordination are elaborated; the influencing factors of the supply chain coordination are analyzed separately in the thesis; the traditional return contracts can't achieve the supply chain coordination better is proved, It has designed the profit model of return contract based on feedback and punishment strategies, through the analysis of the profit model on supply chain, which under the control of centralization and decentralization. Then, bi-level programming models are constructed by using the Stackelberg game theory to determine the parameters of the relevant contract. Finally, an example is performed to prove the rationality and feasibility of the model.The purpose of thesis lies in finding the coordination model and algorithm of supply return contract. The study and conclusions can be real-life business nodes in the supply chain to provide reference and theoretical basis.
