With the rapid development of technology and economic globalization, which resulted in the product life cycle continue to shorten from research and development. Consumer’s demand for Personalization and diversification leading to increasing competition among enterprises, enterprises were facing increasingly tough market situation. Therefore, enterprises began to establish strategic alliance of supply chain to enhance competitiveness and strengthen their market position. Since each enterprise in the supply chain has its relative independence, the conflicts of profit caused the supply chain cannot always achieve a good effect. A scientific and rational contract can improve and control partnership between enterprises and promoted the operation of the supply chain, which has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis took a three-level supply chain with stochastic demand as the research object, studied the supply chain coordination problem under a dual contract mechanism combined with quantity discounts and price subsidies. Elaborated the background, purpose and meaning of research, reviewed the related research at home and abroad, analyzed the supply chain coordination theory, discussed common forms of contracts and revenue distribution means of three-level supply chain. Compared the supply chain revenue between decentralized and centralized control, designed a combined contract model with quantity discounts price subsidies, it was shown that the combined contract can achieve the overall optimal of supply chain. The game theory was used to distribution the supply chain profit. Then combining AHP and genetic algorithms to solve the model; At last, the rationality and feasibility of the model was verified through an example.The purpose of this thesis aimed at the study of the coordination and optimization of three-level supply chain under stochastic demand. The research achievements of this thesis can provide useful references for the coordination and management of the supply chain in the actual market environment.
