Research On Designing & Applying Supply Chain Of Home Appliance Enterprises In China Evaluation Model

With the speeding up process of global economic integration, supply chain management-integrated management model has been widely used in various fields. In the home appliances industry, with the increasing of the production scale and production capacity, home appliances have changed from demand exceeds supply to supply exceeds demand,home appliance enterprises in China have entered the age of poor profit. On the other hand, because the cycle of products and technology has been shorten, it is very important to implement supply chain management if home appliance enterprises want to gain more market shares. At the same time, this kind of management mode brings more value and competences as well bring many kinds of new risks to the companies. The supply chain can operate flexibly, securely and efficiently that only keeping the damage a minimum level. So it is a very important question in supply chain that how to recognize these risks and assess risks scientifically. This study is just based on this background, hoping that through the studying of supply chain-related theory and operation procedures, we can identify the supply chain risks and assess the risks, ultimately advance some relevant suggestions.First of all, this paper summaries the domestic and foreign studies of supply chain of home appliance enterprises,on the base of supply chain management, this paper advances related definitions which fits to research objective, and analyzes the operation of the process cycle in detail. On this bases, The paper analyzes the method and categories of the risks of home appliance enterprises, and establishing the risk evaluation index system of the supply chain of home appliance enterprises, which contains five aspects, they are: the risks of the external environment, management risks, cooperation risks, system risks and information risks, and this is a valuable exploration for the supply chain risk management of the home appliance enterprises. The establishment of the evaluation index has reflected overall, systematic and scientific principles. Then this paper chooses AHP-Fuzzy measures to design and calculate the result. Last, this paper chooses a supply chain of home appliance enterprises as the example and evaluates the risk of the supply chain according to the evaluation index system advanced above then points out the risk situation of this supply chain. The results show that they can make some contributions to the supply chain management of home appliance enterprises.
