With the emergence of large Chinese home appliance retail industry such as Suning, Gome the home appliance chain enterprises become into a large industrialization and standardization of scale, efficient, low-cost era, through strong logistics and distribution companies System which support the rapid development of home appliance chain enterprises, the delivery capacity of the strength of the chain directly determines the level of operating costs and affect corporate profitability. Logistics and distribution chain is to achieve a key link in the home appliance chain enterprises focus on supply chain management is the core competitiveness of the chain is an important part. This paper aims to detailed analysis on the large home appliance chain enterprises in China and distribution patterns in-depth which basis to explore for large home appliance chain enterprises in China's logistics and distribution patterns to improve logistics efficiency of large home appliance chain enterprises.The main contents include:(1) Discusses the basic theory of supply chain management, put forward the theory of chain operation, and then proposed based on logistics and distribution supply chain management theories, and logistics for large home appliance chain theory are reviewed to which provide a theoretical basis for the thesis; (2) Analysis of China's home appliance chain and logistics management mode characteristics of the development of the logistics status of home appliances, and comparative study of the distribution patterns of foreign logistics; (3) Comparative analysis for the large home appliance retailers in the sales chain characteristics and logistics distribution requirements, proposed home appliance retail chain logistics and distribution of three basic models, and compare its three models put forward their respective advantages and disadvantages, and the existence of Major problem; (4) Use case analysis, research the Suning Appliance model of supply chain management, and through three major domestic home appliance chain logistics and distribution model to analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages compared to analyze the logistics management of information technology in the development process of the main problems of reference for future development of Suning Appliance recommendations, but also for China's home appliance chain enterprises to provide an effective supply chain management reference model.The paper conclusions include:(1) Appliance chain logistics and distribution patterns are mainly three types:self model, common mode and third-party mode, three modes of supply have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the scope of the domestic home appliance chain enterprises with one or three models use two Combination model to meet the needs of enterprise logistics; (2) With the use of comparison in the domestic logistics and distribution patterns of large home appliance chain enterprises found that the business model for the use of logistics and distribution problems exist more or less in the future development needs further improvement, the improvement direction, including logistics and distribution system to further improve and develop The coexistence of a variety of logistics and distribution model methods; (3) As a home appliance retailer Suning Appliance should pursue its self-distribution model based on logistics, and actively developing e-commerce logistics and distribution system, strengthening the human resources team building, and try to introduce third-party logistics and distribution system in order to develop in the future in a competitive advantage.
