Research On Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Indicator System Of Household Electrical Appliance Enterprises

With the development of reform and opening up for several years,the manufacturing enterprises of our country have obtained great development.Many national brands have moved their production to China.Take consumer electronics as an example,almost all brands of consumer electronics have productions made in China.However,with the development of global economic and insufficiency in domestic market driving force,which hangs over Chinese Home Appliance Industry functioning properly.Because it's often influenced by factors such RMB appreciation,rising prices of raw materials and energy,the costs of the electrical household appliance are higher.The advantage of lower production costs which is relied on by our country's household appliances manufacturers gradually become indistinct.As the competition became more and more serious in home appliances,they have to reduce sale price to get market share,which brings big cost challenge for the whole household appliances manufacturing industry supply chain.For a long time,it will make huge threat for development of our country's home appliances industry.It is crucial to set up a supply chain performance evaluation model to solve development issues of China Home Appliance Company.The problems of coordinate marketing in material flow,business flow and capital flow in the supply chain were analyzed.Then,acts appropriately to the situation to the existence question so that the supply chain system of appliance company can achieve high performance.This paper through the domestic and foreign literature about the performance evaluation of these scholars,from the performance evaluation of supply chain model and the evaluation index system,and combined with the characteristics of the home appliance industry to study and build the supply chain performance of household electrical appliance enterprises evaluation system.By the combined method of theoretical research and case analysis on the status of supply chain performance evaluation system of Chinese household appliance enterprises the household appliance manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain,process refinement,manufacturing enterprises and the core objective of supply chain management needs to make a qualitative and quantitative measure of household electrical appliances from two aspects of using the Balanced Scorecard theory model and supply chain performance evaluation index,the evaluation index system of supply chain is proposed It is divided into three levels: home appliance enterprises,upstream suppliers and downstream vendors.In addition,these three systems have several sub evaluation indicators to refine the supply chain performance of home appliance enterprises.According to the characteristics of home appliance manufacturing enterprises,at the same time in order to better illustrate the importance of supply chain performance evaluation system for home appliance enterprise operation performance,this study selected in the home appliance enterprises are more representative of the enterprise,GREE enterprise as an example,in order to three aspects elaborated the supply chain performance evaluation,must first to enterprise its operating conditions,production and operation as well as to the supplier and the retailer cooperation strategy can be effectively implemented.After understanding the construction of local supply chain performance evaluation index system of GREE enterprise and individual household electrical appliance enterprises performance evaluation is different: evaluation of supply chain performance evaluation index,not only to the node enterprise The operational performance,but also consider the impact on the upper node enterprises or the whole supply chain effect of the enterprise operation performance for each node.The performance index before induction refinement in the system weight by AHP quantitative,while the weight of comprehensive calculation compared with the actual value.This study calculates and analyzes the comprehensive index on the performance evaluation of supply chain from a financial point of view,then the calculated results and the actual situation were compared,finally appeared abnormal index for local optimization and improvement.
