With the service sector developing rapidly in the range of the world, service enterprises, especially the sevice multinational enterprises have made many great improvements and got rapid development. At the same time, the high income of the sevice multinationals'CEO attracts more and more public attention. Whether Services multinationals'CEO income constitution has an important role in business growth, this article attempts to explore the perspective of growth of service sector multinationals CEO determine a reasonable income. Based on the company's endogenous growth theory, the article gives a new explanation to the growth of the sevice multinationals from the relationship of the resources, knowledge and competence. Growing service sector TNCs mainly as endogenous growth process, which is based on capacity expansion for the target businesses, enterprise resource expansion within the enterprise as a means of knowledge of the expansion process, the enterprise organizational knowledge and organizational capacity of the formation and development are the growing source of the service multinationals. As the important resource of the sevice multinational enterprise, CEO is not only the important carrier of the organizational knowledge in the sevice multinational enterprise, but also the direct user of the organizational competence in the sevice multinational enterprise. CEO has a great important position and role in the course of the sevice multinational enterprise's growth. The income of CEO works as an effective way that inspires CEO to bring their competence into play, and determines the way of the CEO's human capital investment. Different models of the CEO's income lead to different ways of the human capital investment, and affect the transformation of the CEO's own knowledge and competence to organizational knowledge and competence, restrict the process of the sevice multinational enterprise's growth. On the American model and comparative analysis of the Japanese model, based on the U.S. model of CEO obtained a higher income, and performance-based income, leading to CEO human capital investment and investment in general human capital, mainly, CEO of the less mobile than strong, is not conducive to the accumulation of organizational knowledge and ability, the U.S. service sector growth of multinational companies is based on the growth of personal ability CEO, pay more attention to short-term interests of the poor long-term growth; Japanese mode, lower income, CEO to fixed income mainly, CEO human capital investment and investment in specific human capital mainly, CEO of liquidity is weak, help the accumulation of organizational knowledge and ability, the Japanese service sector multinationals growth is based on organizational knowledge and organizational capacity of endogenous growth, pay more attention to long-term interests of the better long-term growth. According to our country's reality, the paper puts forward the probable choice of the income mode of the sevice multinational enterprise's CEO, that is to say, the comprehensive form of the basic salary and the performance salary. There is no unified model in the specific settings of each factor, but they should be determined by the environment of the film and the different stages of the film.
