With the social development, the knowledge-value chain between corporate have become increasingly complex, the traditional thinking of knowledge-value chain and methods have been unable to accurately grasp the problem and solve the problem, thus the knowledge-value chain can not play better effect. The complex network is a research focus emerging in recent years and supply a good way to solve the problem, Application of complex network theory provide the necessary description and measurement tools to study the complex network of knowledge-value chain,it not only describe and measure the network as a whole from the macro-morphological characteristics,but also provide the necessary microscopic description and measure-ment tools for each network node inside the knowledge-value chain, provide appropriate management theory,techniques and methods for management practices. Using the existing complex network theory to builde a complex network simulation model of the knowledge-value chain network and improve its structure and function, andso as to the knowledge-value chain network in the reality can more competitive and viable finally, so the modeling and application of complex network based knowledge-value chain have importantly practical significance.This thesis buildes enterprise knowledge value chain network from the view of knowledge exchange and cooperation between enterprises to enable business value added,and it based on a review of traditional knowledge-value chain theory and the theory of complex networks by seeing network as the research object.This thesis virtual reality into a complex network, and apply complex network modeling method to build its complex network model, the into, modeled the the knowledge-value chain throughout the enterprise that we can not see and intangible as a the network topology that we see, and it also study the geometric characteristics of the knowledge-value chain network, incliding verifing the the small world characteristics and scale-free characteristics of the enterprise knowledge-value chain network through qualitative evidence, then using ucinet software to do simulatation research,and verify the small world characteristics and scale-free characteristics of the enterprise knowledge-value chain network through quantitative evidence and the knowledge-value chain nodes coefficient, network density and the cluster coefficient of nodes, proximity and so on,so as to provid better suggestions and strategies of the design and optimization of the knowledge-value chain network, and solute current problems of the related enterprise knowledge-value chain. On this basis, this thesis analysis the macro and micro networks characteristics of Qingdao Hisense Group's knowledge-value chain. When analysising the macro network characteristics, this thesis verifyes the knowledge-value chain of the enterprise has the small world characteristics, scale-free characteristics and clustering features, and proposes the practical significance of these features work on knowledge-value chain management. When analysising the micro characteristics, this thesis do a specific calculation and analysis of each node, proximity, and the intermediary, and finally gets the practical significance and related recommendations of the knowledge-value chain management.The innovation of this thesis is a bold break of the study method of seeing traditional enterprise knowledge-value chain network as a centralized static network, This method mainly research on the specific operation of the knowledge, is lack of research on dynamics of the value chain structure and behavior of knowledge. Butthis thesis applyes complex network theory and methods to model and simulate, so as to provide a dynamic, macro, new ideas for modeling and analysing characteristics of the knowledge-value chain。The main research findings are as followes:1 Drew the conclution that the knowledge-value chain network is a typical complex adaptive system, with a typical complex network structure through learning the structure and characteristics of the knowledge-value chain.2 Built the model of knowledge-value chain network by applying complex network theory, and proved the modeling is feasible and reasonable from both qualitative and quantitative view. 3 Built the network topology of the knowledge-value chain which throughout the enterprises by ucinet simulation software, and calculated and analysied the associated metrics of it, so as to get the stats,role and deficiencies of the nodes in the network,and recommend appropriate improvements for enterprise manager, so they can improve the existing status of the value chain and improving the efficiency of the knowledge-value chain basised these.4 Combined of the knowledge-value chain with the actual business, to prove the model feasibile with examples, and calculated and analysied the associated metrics of it, so as to get the status,role and deficiencies of the nodes in the network,and recommend appropriate improvements for enterprise manager, so they can improve the existing status of the value chain and improving the efficiency of the knowledge-value chain basised these.
