Be faced with the great challenges which come from the rapid development of knowledge-based economy. Either the source of competitive advantage or the evolution of competitive models has clearly demonstrated that: Knowledge transfer is the very important way to make enterprise sustainable develops and more competitive. Nowadays,the perspectives of knowledge transfer are increasing,and the research methods changed each passing day. Among them,the knowledge network research is in the ascendant,however,how the growth and transmission of knowledge in knowledge network is a more worthwhile and should be first explored issue,due to the special complexity of knowledge. So in this article we tries to study the knowledge transfer from three interrelated aspects:①How is knowledge production and growth in knowledge networks?②How is Knowledge Transfer in knowledge networks?③Knowledge networks how to affect its capability and the knowledge transfer efficiency? Make use of concept model,mathematic model this dissertation proposed a dimensions structure of the knowledge networks and knowledge transfer efficiency,and discussed the knowledge production and knowledge transfer in knowledge networks,based on the stock,structures and paths which is the main influence factors of knowledge transfer.At first,this dissertation explained the research background,research significance,and posed the corresponding research questions,as well as established the general framework of this full text through discusses its logical framework,technical line and chapters arrangements. Then the research results about knowledge network theory,complex network theory,and knowledge transfer theory were reviewed and commented.In chapter three,combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was used to preliminary study the evolution of knowledge networks. And raised a tridimensional model made up of three dimensions like stock,structure and process. The next two chapters are the main results of this paper,so the three dimensions of the capability model was studied,as well as the relationship among them. Finally,this dissertation discussed the knowledge transfer efficiency based on the cognition that "The performance of capability is in the efficiency of knowledge transfer".At the beginning,the concept of knowledge network capability was putted forward,to consider that it is the special case of dynamic capabilities,and its measure model was summed up,then the optimal network size for the development of knowledge network capability was obtained,base on deconstruction of capability system. After that,this dissertation studied the dimensions of the stock,and discussed the main input elements of production of knowledge in knowledge networks. Unify the inputs of knowledge stock and mental labor under the condition of network node,capitalize a variety of knowledge in knowledge networks,this dissertation get the knowledge production model which uses marginal production and output elasticity to educe the relative value of the cluster,this model can optimized the structure of knowledge networks,deduced four approaches to improve the productivity of the knowledge network nodes. Then,this dissertation studied the dimensions of the structure and the process,researched the impact of network structure on capacity and knowledge transfer from the node degree,knowledge links relations and path,association strength. This dissertation also using complex network to simulated knowledge transfer process in network,and found knowledge property path,knowledge agent path,knowledge activity path based on knowledge chain in knowledge networks. Finally,a conceptual model of knowledge transfer efficiency from the qualitative point of view was constructed,as well as the influence factors of knowledge transfer efficiency were discussed,and some suggestions for improvement were also putted forward.Naturally,this dissertation still has many insufficiencies,For such a case,not only the main conclusions and its policy implications were summarized in the end of this dissertation,but also the limitations of research and the gap will be met in the further detailed study were raised. As well as recommendations for further study were provided.
