Content:Intra-county economies hold the balance in the framework national economic system and play the decisive role. To achieve the goals of building the well-off society in an all-around way and attain the stability and harmony of the society, it is extremely necessary to expand and flourish intra-county economies. The progress of Intra-county economies could not exist without the support of the county territory finance. At the present stage, in the economic supermarket some of the deficiencies and shortcomings come into being. This is the main cause that the Intra-county economies couldn't satisfy the need of both the Intra-county companies and the individuals.This paper discourses its issue basing various field surveies, taking the county Ci which locates in Heibei Province for a typical example, researches and analysis the current situation of the Intra-county economies from the view of our nation. Furthermore, with the analysis by synthesis about the autologous reasons of finance branch, the politics published by the nation which is in connection with the private capital, the institution construction of the companies'themselves and other aspects, this paper get the factors restrained the progress of the intra-county finance. Using the successful exercise from abroad and the developed areas for reference, meanwhile connecting with the perfect cases in China in recent years in the explosion of financial industry, the author proposes his personal suggestion on the Intra-county economies for reform and development, which is just as followings: Firstly, County state-owned finance department at the county level should strengthen the sense of service and motivate the activity of county credit staff. Secondly, further enlarge the step of financial reform and widen the permission of private funds. Thirdly, the banks enhance the construction on social credit system; the politics should be set up to improve the enterprise and individual credit system, encourage and widen the scope and limit of credit loan. Finally, the government should also promote the policy so as to support on regional finance and make the development of the regional finance rapid and glorious.
