Research Of Current Situation And Developing Countermeasures Of Henan

As people’s life level and cultural quality improves higher and higher, food safety,health, environmental protection becomes more and more modern people’s pursuit of life.Period from2011to2015was identified as Henan’s key stage of changing to a strongprovince in agriculture, instead of a big province as that of now. In order to realize thequantitative to qualitative leap, the mode of Henan’s economic development needs minoradjustment. Organic agriculture,which aimed at providing healthy diet and ecologicalprotection, provides new impetus and support for Henan entering the strong province in thefield of agriculture.Current situation and development countermeasures of Henan organic agriculture is theobject of this study. On the basic of analysis on current situation of Henan organicagriculture, problems affect the development of Henan organic agriculture hava been found,and roots of problems have also been analyzed deeply. Channels and countermeasures todevelop Henan organic agriculture have been brought up at last. There are six parts in thispaper:Part one:Introduction. As the beginning of the article, the introduction covers the basisof this topic, purpose and significance of this research, overview on domestic and foreignacademic research, research thinking and method and innovation of the article, which couldbe said a comprehensive introduction to the article.Part two: Basic theories of organic agriculture. Connotation, characteristics and basicprinciples, which play the foudation concepts role in this paper’s problems’analysis andsettlement, all have been introduced in this part.Part three: The significance of development in organic agriculture. Significance asprotecting and restoring ecological environment, utilizing and protecting natural resources,improving competitiveness of agricultural products, increasing farmers’ income, employingmore rural surplus population and maintening human life and health, so on and so forth,have been introduced and analyzed, which aimed at addressing the positive effect of theorganic agriculture’s development in Henan.Part four: Outline of Henan organic agriculture current situation. Based on elaborationand analysis on achivements obtained, and problems which have nagative effect on Henanorganic agriculture, current situation was elaborated clearly.Part five: Analysis on roots of problems in the development of Henan organic agriculture. Four mainly roots have been analyzed respectively in this part.They aregovernment support, management and supervision system, agricultural extension system andbrand power. These analysis lay the foundation for bringing up channels andcountermeasures.Part six: Channels and countermeasures to develop Henan organic agriculture.In thispart, channels and countermeasures to problems above and may encounter in the future havebeen proposed.
