In current society, knowledge is almost the core resource which is created by knowledge staff. With expertise, skills, information and techniques, the knowledge staff are the major creators for the corporation profits. One of the most essential tasks of the 21sth century is how to effectively motivate knowledge staff, especially those who generate most profits with good understanding of enterprise cultures, and how to evoke their utmost originalities and creativities.Corporation is sometimes named as "conjunction of a series of contracts" . For contracts, they can be not only definite and written, but also psychological and oral in which "psychology contract" is one of them. "Psychology contract" is defined as "employee is willing to make contribution as well as getting benefits, meanwhile, the organization or company offers opportunities and benefits according to employees' expectations" . Not in a form of concrete contract, the psychological contract acts effectively with dynamic and long-term influence. It cannot be written down, but if the psychology contract is well executed by the corporation, the employee would be better motivated, with clearer objection, more enthusiasm and loyalty to the company.Western countries started the study of psychology contracts earlier than other countries and have more supportive materials, but it is introduced to China only a few years back. Owning to different cultures, customs, ideologies, politics, legal and economy systems between Western countries and China, the application of psychology contracts has its unique characteristics in China.C is an international IT corporation. The author has worked in its Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai subsidiaries in charge of management of technique teams, and witnessed the fast turnover of IT company and the great loss that the company has suffered from this. Based on the specific case of Company C, the author deeply studies the application of psychology contracts in this company.
