But the regional economy of our country is very imbalance, to improve the competing capacity and consolidate the status of economy of our country, accelerating owe develop region economy progress and controlling the regional economic disparity among regions are necessary.Regional logistics industry is not only an important component of the regional economy, but also a leading formation and development force of regional economy. In the context of unbalanced regional economy, studying regional logistics industry development mode choice is good to accurately understand the relationship between regional economy and regional logistics for government and logistics enterprise, making government aware of the environmental differences among regions when developing regional logistics, select the suitable regional logistics industry development mode choice for region; For company, make company search for cooperation at the regional level, expand area advantage industry, establish an effective system of company logistics, so, achieve better economic benefits. This is also an urgent, very important issue which has both theoretical significance and realistic significance in the process of economy's development.The research of this paper is background of JiangXi Social and Scientific "11th five-year" plan project:regional logistics mode and policy research based on regional development strategy(08YJ16),which is led by professor ShuHui. The basic frame of research is:description of regional logistics-basis of economical theory-motivation and growth mechanism of regional logistics industry'development-influence that regional logistics industry mode made to regional logistics industry' development-economic environment analysis and comparison among typical regional logistics industry modes-mechanism and regulation of regional logistics industry modes choice-regional logistics industry modes choice and suggestion of JiangXi province. Discussing the motivation and growth mechanism of regional logistics industry'development by growth-pole theory, spot-axle development theory in the process of researching, analyzing the economic environment of typical regional logistics industry modes by new economic geography, supply chain theory and the industrial clusters theory of industrial economy, Base on all the research made above, this paper proposes the selection mechanism of regional logistics industry' development mode. In the end, the paper takes regional logistics industry development of JiangXi as an example, using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation,gives the mode choice of JiangXi, and proposes some policy suggestions to the selective mode. The result is of guiding significance for regional logistics industry' development in different regions, and also has important academic significance for abounding regional logistics theory.The chief contents and views of this paper are:(1)The first part of this paper is the introduction of regional logistics and related regional economy theory. Summaring the current situation of study and views, instructing the related concepts of regional economy in the process of researching, such as logistics park,logistics center, regional logistics industry and so on. The related regional economy theory, such as the growth-pole theory of peru, spot-axle development theory, new economic geography, and the industrial clusters theory;(2)The second part, motivation and growth mechanism of the development of regional logistics industry were studied through growth-pole theory and spot-axle development theory. The influence which regional logistics industry modes made to regional logistics industry'development is also included. The main motivations that promote regional logistics industry are:logistics network spot-axle effect which derives from reasonable logistics industrial layout; The growth-pole that formed from the key elements of regional logistics industry; The formation of regional logistics industrial clusters. Optimization of regional logistics industry'structure. Regional logistics industry mode promotes regional logistics industry'development by motivations.Regional logistics industry grows up with mainly three stages:breeding period, growing period; mature period of regional logistics industry. The three stages are continuous dynamic process with the changing specific area advantages and key resources of the growth-pole, it is also a ever-evolving process with regional economy, regional logistics demand and interregional logistics demand;(3)The third part of this paper analyses the adaptable economical environment of four typical regional logistics industry modes by application of new economic geography and the industrial clusters theory. Then, application the method of ingredients disassembled to economical environment. In the end, mode choice mechanism for regional logistics industry is given. The comparisons among four typical regional logistics industry modes show:each mode must meet some basic requirements, but they differences in degree. The characters of each mode are not independent. We get the characters of each mode from ingredient disassembled, proposes the mode choice mechanism for regional logistics industry and regulation. Different areas can select the adapted logistics industry mode based on different economic characters;(4)The fourth part of this paper applys mode choice mechanism for regional logistics industry and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to JiangXi province. Evaluation the state of regional logistics of JiangXi province through expert evaluating method, getting the level of logistics ingredients by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it is found that the adapted mode for JiangXi province through mode choice mechanism:The logistics mode of commerce and trade based on trading market. In the conclusion, the mode is proved to be feasible through the state of logistics and economy in Jiangxi province, including government policy, industry development plans and characters, enterprise current situations and so on. Put forward the policy suggestions from different sides against the existing problems, for example:change concept, improve the competence of small and medium-sized businesses, expand regional leading industry, develop the regional markets step by step, produce the effect of the government actively. |
