Research On Logistics Financial Service Mode In The Context Of "Internet +"

Logistics finance designed originally to alleviate the problem of small and medium enterprises' financing and it becomes the third profit source of logistics enterprises and it also provides new business model for the bank.So it becomes a new profit method finally for the three part.The development of China's logistics finance is still in the initial stage.The model of logistics financial services is constantly innovating with the changeding of market environment.In 2015 the government work report propose the concept of "Internet +" and a new logistics financing model appears in this context.The theory of logistics finance is researched in this dissertation and the model of logistics financial services are established using the specific case.A relatively complete risk assessment system is builded from the status of the industry,credit risk,regulatory risk of logistics enterprises and logistics financial operation.SPSS is used to analyze the data of the questionnaire and then using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the risk assessment.The thesis is divided into four parts:Firstly,this dissertation introduces the purpose and theory of the research including the background and emergence of the logistics finance and the concepts of logistics finance and research history.It also describes the “Internet +” background in logistics and summarized the service of logistics finance model.Secondly,the analysis of new logistics financial model in the context of “Internet +”.Logistics financial service is in a dynamic changing process and now some new logistics financial model appear like the third-party e-commerce platform,P2 P platform,online supply chain model.On the one hand,these new financing platforms grasp the big data stream,which reduces the asymmetry of information,improves the efficiency of SME financing.On the other hand logistics enterprises provide monitoring and data information of the collateral.Bank logistics finance business module also gradually unified.All parties provide professional services and can reduce costs effectively.Then,the building of evaluation index.The risk assessment index factors are put forward based on the principle of the system.Then it detects the indicators of relevance,reliability and validity and they are analyzed by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process combined with specific cases.Finally,evaluate and analysis the date and then put forward suggestions of the logistics financial's risk from the platform,logistics companies and banks.Lastly,the conclusion,insufficient of the research and the future prospects are described in this dissertation.
