Research On Operating Model And Performance Of Village Bank In China

In process of socialist construction, agricultural economics are the most important problem, which get the party and government concerned. It is the financial problem for modern agriculture which should be solved. At present, financial institution improve the agricultural economy by more financial services, which play an active role in promoting agricultural economics. But, relative to the city in terms of financial, we cannot deny that rural finance reform starts late, progress and many problems. The financial services in rural areas far behind the city's financial services and cannot meet the needs of socialist new rural construction. For many years, financial service proved to be the weaknesses of socialization services in rural areas, which becoming conditioned to the development of a "bottleneck".The establishment of the village bank brought hope to the rural finance. At present, the village bank will not be able to solve the banking and finance institutions in which the coverage is low, financial undersupply, competition is not adequate. It is effective way to improve the coverage of the financial services that improving the efficiency of the village bank and increasing the coverage of village.This article analyze the definition of the village bank and come to a dicision: the substance of village bank is commercial bank of village and in a particular field.This article analyzes the Grameen Bank and the Community Bank, gain experience combined with the actual conditions. The goal of the village bank is services in rural and profit by contrast village bank abroad, which is two conflicting objectives constrain the development of the village bank.This article makes an objective appraisal of effect factor in the village bank of our country by AHP, and makes an objective appraisal of typical three village banks performance based on empirical analysis results. At last, put forward my own pattern and proposal.
