For this product, customer has a very strong requirement to its high quality and low cost. So this study introduce the idea of Lean to A Paper Co., Ltd's manufacturing management:from the five production factors-person, machine, material, laws and environment,we have proposed the lean management mode, which reflects the final target of lean production management-no waste and realize the lowest production cost. At the same time, this mode also provides certain reference value for the other paper manufacture company. |
