With the outbreak of a financial crisis at the end of 2008, China's enterprises, particularly export-oriented traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing daunting challenge: the significantly improve of the RMB exchange rate, trade frictions and the rising of the international commodity futures prices makes our products less advantage than before. Based on this background, China's export-oriented model of economic growth must be replaced within the pull-oriented growth model. So Chinese enterprises as a whole, will face the most severe strategic transformation since the reform and opening up. However, by the investigation and research of this paper, Chinese enterprises are rare aware of their enterprise strategy, and there is a relatively serious problem in their strategic formulation and implementation.The strategy itself is the system of actions. Based on this view, the writer try to use Praxiology as a starting point, and being forward to explore new enterprise strategy management research. The purpose of this paper is to answer what is the enterprise strategy and how to optimize their strategic management on the perspective of Praxiology.The first part of the paper, is to strictly define the main content of the enterprise strategy, firstly, after reviewing the history evolution of strategic concept, the writer summarizes the content of enterprise strategy with the six attributes, and make these six attributes as a whole connotation of enterprise strategy; secondly, highlighting enterprise strategy is a unique system of actions, and using content ideas of Praxiology to define the enterprise strategy. Through analyzing the content of enterprise strategy, the writer pointed out there is some important changes are taking place on enterprise strategy of "long-term" and "unique nature" of the understanding of the strategic management research, and these changes in understanding has led to many mistakes in today's strategic management practice.The second part of the paper points out the strategic management problems of Chinese enterprises and how to use Praxiology for their guidance. First of all, the writer pointed out that there is a relatively serious problem in understanding of the strategic nature, as well as the strategic formulation and implementation of Chinese enterprises; Secondly, the idea of Praxiology points out that enterprises should follow the "free" rule to formulate its strategy, and the enterprises should actively promote its strategic insight into the capabilities, can only correctly identify the enterprise's own unique obstacles for action as well as future possible directions; Finally, the methods of Praxiology can provides enterprises strategic a specific implementation.
