Management Game is a management courses of Tepper school of business,Carnegie Mellon University,in the United States.It focuses on cultivating students'comprehensive ability and exercise.The operation of the course is based on a Interactive Computer Simulation System,in which,it creates a dynamic competitive environment which simulate the operation of companies.In this environment,there are 6 worlds existed,and there are 5 wrist watch companies in each world.Each company operates two kinds of watches,which is high-end watch and low-end watch.5-6 students participated in the game,simulates to run a company for 3 years.Each competitors in the world are real existed.Timing Co.,Ltd.,is constitute with 6 students of Northeastern University Grade 2014.6 students acts as CEO,COO of high-end and low-end products,CMO of high-end and low-end products,and CFO.In this paper,the author is responsible for the production operation of high-end products in Timing comany.This thesis is based on the simulation of the production and operation of Timing Plus product of Timing Company,developing the production strategy and implementation plan,and adjusting the strategy according to the specified implementation situation.Firstly,to analyze the external environment of Timing Plus products and the industrial competitive environment with the company's operating background and historical data,to comprehensively analyze the opportunities and challenges iof product.Secondly,the implementation of the strategy and the completion situation of the strategic objectives of the Timing Plus.Finally,it evaluates and adjusts the production strategy on the basis of the competitors.
