Carnegie Mellon University opened Management Game courses for the MBA course or training for company employees in the seventies. During the simulation, each of a company's operations is interactive:4 participants composed of managers on behalf of a company give a quarter operating decisions. Then sent them to the Carnegie Mellon University Management Game interactive computer simulation system.The system outputs of each company's operating performance report.Repeat this process, the system simulated out three years of operating results of each company.The simulated operations time and institutional settings are from April or May the end of September every year. Preparation stage, company operation stage and summary stage are included. The basic operational requirements and the progress are made by simulation center at Carnegie Mellon University.4 students form a simulated company. Each member of management functions including general manager, marketing manager, operations manager, financial manager, jointly operate the company. Corresponding to each analog company, equipped with a five-member "Board of directors." Board members from the school teachers and business people, is responsible for supervising the implementation of the analog company's business plan, provide recommendations for the group's business plans and decisions, review of the company's operations simulation reports, performance assessment.The author with four Northeastern University 2011 MBA students participate in the course composed the simulated HQAP Company. The author as the CEO is responsible for business strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation and adjustment.Firstly, through the external environment analysis, the internal environment analysis and the SWOT analysis of HQAP company developing the overall strategy, including the company's strategic objectives, business strategy and functional strategy. Then implemented the strategy, analyze the completion efect, evaluate and ajust the strategy based on the above preparation. Finally, the author conducts a brief summary of the relevant theoretical guidance for the practical.
